parkrun

Pretty much any given Saturday at 9am, you can find me at Walthamstow parkrun or one of the nearby East London venues. I discovered parkrun in 2017 and just love everything about it, from the friendly, inclusive atmosphere to the real impact it is having on national health and activity levels.

I am currently working towards my 100 parkruns and 25 volunteers T-shirts, as well as my tourist cowl, which can be claimed after running at 20 different venues.
